Our products act as a natural performance enhancer or as a quality nutrients contributor, depending on their percentage inclusion and scope of application. The results are both improved performance of the products to which they are added and alignment with growing consumer needs.

A new formulation

We elevate the properties and characteristics of durum wheat germ and inner pericarp through a first extraction step, which separates the durum wheat oil. The result of the second separation step are the two fractions, high-in-protein and high-in-fiber. Each of these ingredients has specific functionality and nutritional characteristics that make it unique and particularly versatile for many applications.

DurOil

Refined durum wheat oil, naturally rich in Vitamin E and plant sterols, with modulable carotenoid content.
