A new formulation

We elevate the properties and characteristics of wheat germ and inner pericarp by extracting its oil by promptly extracting is oil, therefore preserving both technical and nutritional features. The result of the second separation step are concentrated proteins and fibers. Each of these ingredients has specific functionality and nutritional characteristics that make it unique and particularly versatile for many applications.

Wheat Germ Oil

 Wheat germ oil, naturally rich in Vitamin E and plant sterols.

  • Naturally rich in antioxidants, vitamin E and plant sterols
  • Top emulsifying capacity (3% unsaponifiables)
  • High oxidative stability
  • High smoking point (230°C)

Wheat fiber, naturally high in hemicellulose with a mild and pleasant taste.

  • High content of TDF (60%)

  • Improved dough formation and leavening stability
